A small chest with Yuki-wa (snow crystal) lock plates.
Remaining hardware that suggests it originally had a bar-locking (kannuki) structure lets you feel the story through the ages. From the top plate, side panels, back panel, to the drawers, paulownia wood is used everywhere the eye can see. The red-tinged lacquer gently protects the soft paulownia wood and gives dignity to the chest as a whole.
An arrangement featuring a standard stand makes it easy to place beside a sofa or in a small space of a room, creating a calm Japanese atmosphere.
