    閂錠の付いた車箪笥。装飾を抑え、欅の力強さを感じさる佇まい。引手金具や抽斗の材の選び方から見ても江戸時代後期から明治初期に作られた箪笥です。150年以上の年月を経て生まれる美しさを感じられる一棹です。

    This wheeled chest is secured with traditional bar lock, embodying the understated elegance and robust characteristics of zelkova wood. Its understated decoration, thin wood but well-made drawers, and the choice of hardware indicate its origins in the late Edo period to early Meiji period.     経年変化による小傷や色むら、割れ等ございますが抽斗内や背部も板が外れないようにしっかりと固定しております。
    閂部分は後年造り替えられた様ですが、同じ山形県でつくられた金具が使用されています。
